We EXCHANGE items within 14 days of order ONLY if it has any production defect such as colour, style, length does not match your description.

The HAIR MUST be returned as received, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered and in original packaging.

Hair extensions that are returned will be checked and tested. Any hair extensions that have been worn coloured or chemically processed WILL NOT be exchanged.

Unopened Wig MUST be intact and the LACE MUST not be cut.

Please ensure your address is correct while placing an order. We will NOT be responsible for any lost package due to incorrect shipping address.

ALL ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKEND (Saturday & Sunday) WILL BE PROCESSED ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

We ship using royal mail.

We have following day delivery Monday to Friday.

Standard Delivery 2-4 working Days

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on following Monday.
